1980 - 1990
  • Setup in 1980 as an auditing firm
  • Diversified professional services in the area of TEV, valuation of fixed assets, concurrent audits etc. on behalf of public financial institutions like IDBI, ICICI and IFCI
  • Empanelled with one of the leading public sector banks as a frontline consultant for stock audits, concurrent audits etc.
  • Empanelled with other public sector banks for branch statutory audits, concurrent audits, inspection audits, revenue audits etc.
  • Commenced valuation of immoveable property, plant and machinery of manufacturing units financed by banks
1991 - 2000
  • Commenced association with PNB and BOB (operating agency of BIFR) for structuring of financial viability of accounts having 100% or 50% erosion
  • Selected as one of the consultants by IDBI Empowered Group for Debt Restructuring under CDR scheme
  • Associated with several public sector banks for undertaking assignments i.e. TEV/SRA/Asset Valuation as part of CDR restructuring

2011 Onwards
  • Further expansion of foothold in large cities with self-owned office spaces at premium CBDs in Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Jaipur
  • Establishment of dedicated division for project monitoring activities and risk assessment of non fund based exposure
